Preengineered And Custom Baseplates

Baseplate Technologies specializes in the design and fabrication of metallic rotating equipment baseplates.

Our specialty is pre-engineered, low cost, and fast delivery of carbon steel and 304ss fabricated baseplates for pumps and motors under 200 HP. However, we offer a complete line of baseplates ranging from ANSI pumps, Split case pumps, API pumps, and many other custom pumps. The maximum size is limited to our 10 Ton overhead crane. Designs range from basic rolled channel, fabricated, machined, PIP, and API.

All ANSI designs conform to ANSI\ASME B73.1M 1991 Dimensions. Custom sizes can be fabricated upon request.

Fabricated designs are fully welded and machined to 0.002"/foot.

Baseplates designed for grouting all have internal bracing that strengthens grout applications.

Adequate vent and grout holes aid in epoxy grout applications.

Baseplate Technologies stocks complete coupling guards for all ANSI and NEMA motor combinations.

Our standard stocking material is 304ss powder coated orange, but Aluminum and carbon steel are also available. Standard designs are box type with hinges and barrel type. Box type designs require ridged mounting to the baseplate, while barrel type secure to the pump power end only.
